Shipping policy

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Reverse pickup service is not available.

  • Customers must self-courier the parcel to our warehouse address.

  • Courier charges must be paid by the customer.

  • An additional ₹200 exchange processing charge is applicable.

  • If you wish to return an order, ₹650 will be deducted (operation + shipping charges), which is non-refundable.
